Navan Nitro Nuts is Ireland’s Premiere Off-Road RC racing track in the south featuring top class facilities and an all astroturf track surface. With new covered drivers rostrum and club house completed in Feb 2014 it provides a comfortable driving experience for drivers of all levels
We host two club Championships each year with the Winter kicking off around Oct and finishes up around Apr and the Summer Championship running for the remaining months. Our own club championships would normally consist of 6 summer rounds and 10 winter rounds and always try to have a few Open Days throughout the year. As well as hosting Club events we host rounds of the Irish National 1:10th & 1:8th Off-Road Championship rounds each year when we welcome drivers from all over Ireland to take part these events.
Computerised Lap Timing is taken care of by means of a personal transponder (PT) based AMB/MyLaps timing and lap counting system which is the standard in timing throughout the world.
The track is located on the Navan Trim road inside the MDL sports grounds approx 2km from Navan town.
